Palace Wedding Reel
We design and produce luxury weddings where every detail—from the first flower to the final farewell—is curated to reflect who you are and how you love.
Crafted moments from recent celebrations.
End-to-end capabilities built around your objectives.
Every Craftoire wedding begins with a thorough brief that distils your vision, cultural traditions, colour sensibilities, and guest expectations into a cohesive concept—presented as a detailed moodboard before a single vendor is appointed.
We maintain a curated panel of florists, caterers, lighting designers, photographers, and artists who understand the standard Craftoire expects—and we negotiate on your behalf, consolidating everything into a single accountable team.
From welcome gift curation and room drop management to dietary coordination, guest shuttle logistics, and concierge services for out-of-town families—every guest is taken care of with warmth and precision.
On each function day, a dedicated Craftoire coordinator manages the timeline, décor checks, vendor arrivals, bridal suite preparation, and ceremony flow—so the family can be present in the moment, not managing logistics.
From brief to execution — every phase accounted for.
01
A relaxed, unhurried conversation with the couple and key family members to understand the vision, cultural requirements, guest profile, budget range, and any non-negotiable personal touches.
02
A full concept deck covering all functions—mehendi, sangeet, ceremony, reception—with moodboards, décor concepts, suggested venues, and a preliminary budget breakdown is presented for family review.
03
We curate vendor presentations, accompany the couple to tastings and décor meetings, and finalise contracts with agreed deliverables and quality standards written into every agreement.
04
Guest list management, RSVP tracking, seating charts, room allocation, transport routes, and function-day timelines are finalised 4–6 weeks before the wedding to allow for smooth execution.
05
Our team is present from vendor setup to last-guest departure across all functions. After the wedding, a full handover of vendor contacts, photo archives, and event documentation is provided to the family.
What clients typically ask before we begin.
For weddings above 400 guests or at premium venues, we recommend booking 9–12 months in advance. Popular venues and preferred vendors in Delhi-NCR book up quickly, particularly during the October–February wedding season.
Yes. Our team has deep experience producing multi-faith and multi-cultural weddings—including Hindu ceremonies with regional variations, Nikah and Walima traditions, Sikh Anand Karaj, and interfaith celebrations. We work closely with families to ensure every ritual is honoured.
Yes. We routinely manage multi-venue wedding weekends where mehendi, sangeet, ceremony, and reception happen across two or three locations. A dedicated coordinator is assigned to each function, with a senior Craftoire lead overseeing the full programme.
We work with caterers experienced in managing large-scale menus with dietary segments—Jain, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and allergy-specific. Menus are planned and taste-tested in advance, and service logistics are designed to prevent cross-contamination.
Day-of coordination covers all vendor arrival management, décor installation supervision, bridal suite preparation, ceremony timing, cue management for rituals, guest seating, and troubleshooting—with a coordinator dedicated solely to the couple's comfort and logistics.
