Black Tie Gala
We choreograph gala evenings where the table is as considered as the guest list—formal, graceful, and laced with precisely timed entertainment.
An inside look at recent productions.
End-to-end capabilities built around your objectives.
We design tablescapes with the precision of a jeweller—centrepiece compositions, linen selection, crockery and cutlery coordination, floral placement, and ambient lighting that makes every table look like a magazine editorial.
Welcome cocktails, seated dinner service, guest speaker moments, entertainment acts, and dessert service are choreographed as a single seamless programme—each beat timed to the minute.
From the moment guests step into the venue, every detail—ambient music, welcome drinks, concierge assistance, and coat check—signals that this evening is exceptional.
We collaborate with the venue or appointed caterer to design a menu that matches the evening's tone, coordinate service timing with entertainment pauses, and manage dietary requirements without disrupting service elegance.
From brief to execution — every phase accounted for.
01
We understand who is in the room, what the occasion represents, and what emotional register the evening should strike—formal recognition, corporate celebration, or charitable solidarity.
02
A concept deck covers theme, colour palette, tablescape direction, entertainment proposals, programme running order, and menu suggestions—all integrated into one cohesive evening vision.
03
Décor house, florist, caterer, entertainment acts, and AV team are appointed with clear deliverable briefs. Rehearsal schedules for performers and technical teams are set before setup day.
04
Setup typically begins 8–12 hours before doors open. A table check, lighting walk, entertainment soundcheck, and front-of-house briefing are completed before the first guest arrives.
05
Our event manager runs the evening from a discreet operations post, managing all cues live. Pack-down and clearance are completed overnight so the venue is returned in agreed condition.
What clients typically ask before we begin.
Ballrooms at five-star hotels—The Oberoi, The Leela, Hyatt Regency, and JW Marriott in Gurugram—are perennial favourites for their service standards. Heritage properties like Tijara Fort Palace and farm venues in Chattarpur are popular for more character-driven settings.
Gala formats we manage typically range from 80 to 600 seated guests. Above that, the formal dining experience becomes operationally complex—though we have managed seated gala dinners for up to 1,000 guests with venue and catering partners who specialise at that scale.
Yes. We have produced galas for foundations and NGOs that include live and silent auctions, pledge drives, and fund-raising entertainment segments. Our team manages auctioneer briefing, bidding system integration, and donor recognition seamlessly within the programme.
Classical musicians during cocktails, a curated live band during dinner service, and a headline performance post-dessert is a format we use often. Jazz quartets, classical soloists, sufi vocalists, and contemporary performers are all options we brief specifically for gala settings.
Guest dietary preferences are collected at RSVP, mapped to seating charts, and communicated to the service team with a colour-coded plating system. Guests never need to flag their requirements during service—it is managed invisibly by our operations team.
