Because Craftoire delivers bespoke event and experience services, standard product return rules do not apply. This policy describes how cancellations, postponements, and refunds are handled. Your signed agreement may include additional project-specific terms.
Service nature
Our work involves creative planning, vendor bookings, fabrication, and on-ground production. Once planning begins, costs are committed to suppliers, creatives, and production resources.
Cancellation by client
If you cancel an engagement:
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Costs already incurred with vendors or production partners are payable by the client.
- Any cancellation fee stated in your agreement will apply.
Postponement
Postponement requests are subject to availability of venues, vendors, and the Craftoire production calendar. Additional costs may apply for rescheduling, storage, or re-fabrication.
Cancellation by Craftoire
In rare circumstances beyond our control, we may need to cancel or materially alter an engagement. Where this occurs, we will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include rescheduling or refund of amounts not already committed to third parties.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after reconciliation of committed costs. Partial refunds may apply when only a portion of services can be recovered.
Deliverables & intellectual property
Creative concepts, designs, and production files prepared by Craftoire remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or widespread disruptions.
