Client Vision & Group Briefing

Destination Shortlist & Site Visits
Two to three destination options with property recommendations, programme outlines, and indicative costs are presented. We conduct site visits to shortlisted properties before final selection.

Travel & Accommodation Contracting
Hotel blocks, flight or train bookings, transfer coordination, and travel insurance are contracted and confirmed. A detailed travel schedule is distributed to all guests.

On-location events, décor elements, entertainment, and activity bookings are designed and briefed to local vendors—all quality-checked against Craftoire standards before the group arrives.

How do you manage medical emergencies or cancellations during a destination event?
Every destination programme includes a medical contact list, nearest hospital mapping, travel insurance coordination, and a Craftoire contingency protocol. We maintain relationships with local concierge services who provide emergency assistance. Cancellation policies are negotiated into contracts upfront.
Can you manage a destination wedding outside India?
Yes. We have produced destination weddings in Dubai, Bali, Phuket, and Sri Lanka. We work with trusted on-ground partners in each location, managing local permits, vendor quality control, and cultural liaison alongside our full planning scope.
What is the minimum group size for a Craftoire-managed destination experience?
We work with groups as small as 20 guests for intimate destination celebrations. Our sweet spot is 50–300 guests for corporate incentive trips and destination weddings, where the logistics complexity aligns with our full-service production model.
Do you handle visa and travel documentation assistance?
We partner with a licensed travel management company that handles group visa processing, travel insurance, and documentation guidance for international destinations. This is offered as an add-on to the destination experience package.
