Couture Runway
We build the runway environments where fashion is not just shown but felt—lighting, seating, backstage control, and show calling timed to the precise cadence of the collection.

End-to-end capabilities built around your objectives.
We design runways that amplify the collection's narrative—material, finish, length, level, and egress are all considered in the context of the designer's concept and the venue's architecture.
Lighting is the silent storyteller of every fashion show. We work with specialised fashion show lighting directors to program cue sequences that evolve with each look—shifting colour temperature, beam angle, and intensity to serve the garment.
Press, buyer, celebrity, and influencer seating is planned with the political and hierarchical nuances of the fashion industry in mind—every placement is intentional and every tier is serviced appropriately.
Model sequencing, dresser coordination, hair and make-up station logistics, finishing area management, and emergency garment repair are all handled by our backstage operations team in close coordination with the designer.
From brief to execution — every phase accounted for.
01
We absorb the collection's narrative, reference imagery, desired runway atmosphere, and the designer's vision for the show experience—before building any production framework.
02
Venue shortlisting, floor plan development, runway specification, and front-of-house seat map are developed together—ensuring the space amplifies rather than competes with the collection.
03
Lighting programming sessions, music edit review, AV cue design, and model rehearsal schedules are developed and executed in the weeks before the show.
04
Full setup including runway, lighting rig, front-of-house, and backstage is completed. A full dress rehearsal runs before doors open—giving the designer final approval over every element.
05
A trained Craftoire show-caller manages all technical cues live during the show. Post-show, we coordinate press access for backstage interviews and garment photography before teardown begins.
What clients typically ask before we begin.
Industrial warehouses in Okhla and Connaught Place, art gallery spaces in DLF Emporio and Lodhi Art District, and hotel ballrooms with good ceiling height in Aerocity and Chanakyapuri are well-suited to fashion shows. We match venue to the collection's aesthetic.
Yes. We work with modelling agencies and independent model management firms to cast, contract, and schedule models. Model comp card review, fitting attendance, and show-day management are part of our backstage services.
We work with the designer or their music director to review the proposed soundtrack. Our AV team maps music edits to look counts and pacing, and during the show, a sound operator manages transitions and level in real time.
For a standalone fashion show with 30–60 looks, we recommend six to eight weeks of production time—covering venue, runway, lighting design, technical rehearsals, and front-of-house management. Larger presentations may require ten to twelve weeks.
We can manage the invitation process, RSVP tracking, press accreditation, and media access zones as an extension of our fashion show production service. We work with PR teams to ensure media placement aligns with the designer's coverage strategy.
