Hirexis is a recruitment tech platform that connects companies with vetted talent. We need a designer who can turn complex hiring workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces.
What you'll do
Own the end-to-end design process — research, wireframes, prototypes, polished UIDesign responsive web and mobile experiences for recruiters and candidatesBuild and maintain a design system with reusable componentsConduct user interviews and usability tests with real recruitersCollaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementationWhat we're looking for
2–4 years of product design experience (SaaS or B2B preferred)Expert-level Figma skills — auto layout, components, variants, prototypingA portfolio that shows both visual design taste and UX thinkingExperience working with design systems at scaleStrong communication skills — you can explain design decisions clearlyUnderstanding of accessibility standards is a bonus Skills & requirements
