About the role

We're building Attemptly — an AI-powered assessment platform used by universities and coaching institutes across India. We need a senior full-stack developer who can own features end to end.

What you'll do

  • Architect and ship new product features across the React frontend and Node.js backend
  • Design database schemas and APIs that scale to 50K+ concurrent test-takers
  • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers on the team
  • Work directly with the product lead to shape the roadmap
  • Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience

    • What we're looking for

  • 4+ years building production web applications with TypeScript
  • Strong experience with React (hooks, context, state management) and Node.js
  • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL — query optimization, indexing, migrations
  • Experience with real-time systems or WebSockets is a plus
  • You write clean, tested code and care about the craft
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
